Cooking Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425°F
- Spice Roast (salt, pepper, garlic)
- Cook for 15 mins at 425°F then reduce temperature to 325° and cook as follows
2lb-3lb – 45-60 minutes
4lb-6lb – 70-100 minutes - Internal temperature should measure 120°F-130°F
- Allow 10-20 minutes standing time
Lamb Loin Roast

- Pre-heat oven to 400°F
- Spice roast
- Cook an Unstuffed Roast for 30-40 minutes and a Stuffed Roast for 40-50 minutes
- Internal temperature should measure 110°F-120°F
Boneless Stuffed or Unstuffed Lamb Loin Chops

BBQ Instructions
- BBQ loin chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, flip only once using a spatula
Oven-Broil Instructions
6-8 minutes each side, flipping only once. Oven rack should be as close to element as possible.
